In 2023, while working on a WordPress website project, I came across a tool called Notion that completely transformed my approach to time management and organisation. As a creative individual, I was drawn to Notion's unparalleled customisability, surpassing even the familiar Trello boards. Notion is a tool that lets you create custom management systems using databases. So I decided to compare Notion vs Trello for you to see how powerful it can be managing everything in one place.

The primary catalyst for my decision to switch to Notion was its exceptional level of customisation. Notion provides greater flexibility than Trello by offering a blank page instead of predefined boards. Creators often engage in similar types of work, and templates provide a standardised starting point, which helps to save time and ensures consistency across different projects. Notion's templates provide a quick and efficient way to start managing editorial calendars, tracking marketing campaigns, or organising creative brainstorming sessions.

Notion transformed my workflow. It's customisable, efficient, and dynamic. It offers templates and formulas to work efficiently. It's a dynamic canvas that combines creativity and organisation. Notion beats Trello as a superior task management solution.

Databases to Manage Content

You are able to use database inside templates which purpose is to manage your content. That kind of template can mange your social media content on different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Blog or any other platform you can. All my content is displayed on one place inside my "Master Content Calendar" in Notion.
