AWeber vs MailerLite 2020: Which is the best tool for email automation?

I will discuss and compare two email automation tools which are AWeber and MailerLite. According to Capterra, both softwares are best for a specific type of businesses. AWeber is helpful for small businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profits, bloggers, podcasters and other online content creators around the world. While MailerLite is appropriate for Freelancers, writers, small and mid-size businesses, non-profits, public administrations, and large enterprises. According to Capterra MailerLite, one of the biggest cons is that its deliverability is not very good. Your emails don't get into the Inbox of your client. They go in the Spam folder, while with AWeber deliverability is the best your email end up directly in the Inbox.

Easy Use

My favourite is AWeber is a powerful and easy to use software for your email automation with many features and options that you can use. Also, you don't need to spend hours to figure out how it works. Some people may not are as technical as I am, but AWeber made it easy for anyone to use, even for beginners in email marketing, to look like Pro.

I did not use it, but I could share some points of view from users who had experience with MailerLite. It is also easy to use with a comprehensive free plan and just efficient with the mail templates available. Its software is highly optimised and responsive.

Support

AWeber has an excellent support 24/7 live representative online in business hours any time you need. The response is quick, very friendly and helpful. Also, there is a ton of guides step-by-step support for each feature that AWeber has in this tool. Also, if you have a question, they have been wonderful explaining things, walking you through any issues and answering any question.

MailerLite has the support of live representative online but no specified business hours in which you will be able to receive help to deal with your enquire. That is not a good thinks as if you need to resolve technical issues urgently. If they respond to your enquire, they could contact late which it causes problems within your customers.

Features

The AWeber tool has excellent features such as forms, landing pages, campaigns, split testing, reports, integration to third-party tools and much more that you can use for your email marketing. Also, there are many templates you can choose from that are looking fantastic and very well organised. Its text editor is working perfectly, and you can create any email to match your brand with colours and the logo of your business.

The features in MailerLite are email marketing, email tracking, landing pages and marketing automation. So in regards to the templates, they are a limited template to choose from to use. You can edit your text with an editor like AWeber, but in MailerLite, sometimes there are some issues with the system to cause the text editor to mess up. That could happen when a user is typing their text, and they get to where they are, and the cursor will reset to the beginning. The problem goes away when you refresh the page.

Reasons for Choosing AWeber

I choose AWeber because of its deliverability to ensure that my client will get without missing or searching for my emails in the Spam folder. So that is why I recommend AWeber to any business that needs it. Another reason why I love AWeber so much I don't have such a technical issue with the text editor by resetting my cursor. I am typing, and I get to where I get, and I continue to type until I finish with my email.
